ALL classes are COED.

Classes are 1 hour. Please come 10 min before class time.

YOUTH BOXING:

Our program will be competitive and aggressive. We are looking for kids interested in competing. 

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We will design a workout based on your needs. There are sessions from 25 min up to a full hour. Warm up and cool down time is included in this workout. Please bring your personal boxing gear.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Training can be better with a friend. Group sessions start with 2 guests up to 4. Each session is a 60 minute session including cardio and boxing training. Warm up and cool down time is included in your session

            CORPORATE TRAINING

 

The health of your employees is important. Boxing is a fun and easy way to incorporate fitness into everyone's lifestyle. Boxing can reduce stress and create a fun team-building atmosphere. Email us for more information!
