Coach Rick Ramos is the owner and operator of Body Shot Boxing Club. Ramos has over 20 years experience. Ramos has worked with some of Chicago's best talent in boxing.

Ramos is a Boxing Gym Owner, Boxing Manager, Advisor and Boxing Coach. Ramos is known for his influence on the Chicago Boxing Scene. He has helped rebuild the careers of several Chicago fighters, and advised boxers and coaches all around the world.
​
He has also worked with Jose Felix Quezada, Summer Lynn and Undisputed Welterweight Champion of the World - Jessica McCaskill.

Ramos has compiled a coaching record of 242-81-2 and a managing record of 57-6-2 ....this includes 2 ABO, 2 WBC, WBO, 2 WBA, IBF, IBO and the prestigious RING title.
The WBC Title puts Ramos on an elite level... making him a World Class Trainer. Ramos is also known for his strong influence in the boxing world.
Ramos has also gone against the norm by signing HARD punching female fighter Jessica "Caskilla" McCaskill.
Under the training and management of Ramos, McCaskill has become the 1st female (ever) to sign to Warriors Boxing Promotions and the 1st female (ever) to HEADLINE a boxing event in Chicago.
